Hi, all:

I've got a figure, for example, named as "figure 3.6".

This figure has a lot of subfigures, respectively named as (a), (b), (c), and (d).

I would like to realize something like “3.6(a)" in my context.
What I mean is I would like to

one particular subfigure and

Code: Select all

\ref

it. But currently, this always failed.

Can anybody give me a hand and show some source code about it?

Hi JIA,

it's unknown which package you're using for subfigures: subfig, subfigure or subcaption. Perhaps have a look at subcaption.pdf for documentation and examples.
