Using version phpBB 3.0.RC1

As a first step to the update of the forum software to phpBB 3.0.0 gold release, the forum software has been updated to Release Candidate 1 one of phpBB 3.

You may need to delete your forum cookies to make everything work correctly.

Let me know if something does not work!!!
