LyX ⇒ newb question: How to insert a theorem?

newb question: How to insert a theorem?

I've gone to document settings -> modules -> Theorems (AMS), but I'm not sure what to do after that. Do I need to just enter a Tex Code box and make it go, or is there some sort of dialog to make it happen?
