General ⇒ Where to submit feature requests/bug reports?

I'll get this fourm started with a question regarding the status of the various bug trackers. The JIRA tracker has been down since June, one month after it went up. The Sourceforge tracker, which was downgraded after JIRA went up seems to be still up.

The question is, should we submit feature requests and/or bugs here in this forum, at http://sourceforge.net/projects/texniccenter, at both, or at neither?

I think posting them here would be a good idea, because it is easier for other people to comment on them here. I have opened up a 'Feature Suggestions' forum for TeXnicCenter.

JIRA has totally slowed down the TeXnicCenter web server. JIRA is a java application and I thought the power of the old server would be enought, but it wasn't...
