hyperref warning

Hello,

My hyperref package gives me warning. I wonder if anyone can help me :?:

Im using miktex and texniccenter :!:

Remove dvips from the list of hyperref options. (You're using pdflatex not latex=>dvips). You usually don't need to specify the driver.
