General ⇒ Tex files aren't saved infrequently

Hi there,

time by time I can't save my tex files anymore.
So, I open the project, editing the files for some hours and surprisingly after some time, when trying to save the tex files, texniccenter mentions (translated from german):

Error occured while saving the file.
The file can't be created, because it'S existing allready.

That's pretty annoying. And it's gone in a while, but comes back later...

I'm using TXC1.0 RC1.

Any suggestions?
