General ⇒ Referencing the appendix and renumbering the eqs

In my Latex writing of Pramana- J of Phys, I wrote the comments \appendix, \section{Appendix A} accompanied by \label{Appendix_A}, and \section{Appendix B} accompanied by \label{Appendix_B}.. After taking \ref{Appendix_A} and \ref{Appendix_B} etc., in the formalism part, Eqs are starting from serial numbers 1, 2, 3,... i.e, not starting from the previous serial number (if the previous equation ends in 3, it should begin to 4, 5, 6,...). How can I solve the problem?
