I want to change the page numbers from top to bottom of the page in Master/Doctoral Thesis template. How I can do that

The template's class uses the scrlayer-scrpage package. Find the definition of the thesisSimple style in the class file and replace the \ohead with the \ofoot command. If the optional and required argument have the same content, then you can also use the starred version of the commands.
