Document Classes ⇒ Bibliography format

Hello,

I have two problems with the bibliography of a document.

The first issue is that the full reference is indented to the right:

The second problem is that the bibliography does not appear in the table of contents. In the drop-down menu, Bibliography appears as Backmatter.

I am using Book - standard class.

I would appreciate any suggestion.

The readers of your topic don't know how you create the bibliography. This omission can be remedied by a minimal working example.
