Conversion Tools ⇒ Convert(export) tex to adoc

Hi all,

I have a question, is there an converter that can generate adoc from tex file?
I have tried pandoc, and the result is not too good...

but there is only lwarp package to be downloaded, is there a way to generate adoc directly from latex?
