Page Layout ⇒ Header is exceeding the page border (PDF screen shot attached)

Please, check the attachment to understand the problem. I donot want the header to exceed the border. Instead, I want to remove last few words of the header , so that, it can fit inside the border.

Actual header is:

I want the header as:
6 An add-on algorithm to improve the performance of FC-DPVA under repeating ..... 176

Please, help me.

Write your chapter title this way:

\chapter[Shorter version]{Longer version}
