Can you please post the .log file of the LaTeX run with the error?
edit: This user deleted posts after we spent time to help. That's why I banned this account before he deletes other posts such as in this topic where I already provided assistance.

Thanks, I mean the file with the name extension .log. It contains more details.

Why don't you just post the .log file as attachment? Do you know what that is?
