Update my CV

Hello people. I want to update the appearance of my CV from Word to LaTeX but I don't know is there any package or special instruction to create a wonderful one. I would like to create two versions for that, with my photo and with no one.

Can anyone suggest me or post codes easy to understand and create my requirement? Regards :P

There are hundreds of CV templates out there, they all vary in quality.

Rule of thumb: You cannot find high quality code that suits your needs. I would start from scratch.
The smart way: Calm down and take a deep breath, read posts and provided links attentively, try to understand and ask if necessary.
