I am looking for the Radiology Latex template. http://pubs.rsna.org/journal/radiology

I have looked at Radiology website and asked the editors of journal but it seems they have .doc template only.

Did anyone ever tried making Latex template for Radiology?

you might want to be abit more specific. Which Journal are you talking about, Link please. Are you sure there even exists a LaTeX template? Did you check the author guidelines of the journal?
Did you reach out to the editors of the journal? They will be the ones to give you reliable information.

Do they allow LaTeX submissions? If so, use the generic article class as the template.
