Hi, I have a problem in my ieee conference paper there is a big space between the figure's caption and the text as this image:

I can give a guess, that maybe \flushbottom is active, and the issue could be resolved by \raggedbottom. With a single screenshot, it is impossible to say something helpful.

To really help you, we need to see some compilable code, the documentclass you are using and some filler text from package blindtext. That is the only way, you get a solid solution.

Thanks Johannes_B, I used \raggedbottom but the same problem still
