Feedback

Post by ubuntu2014 »

I found no place to post this so I am posting it here (tell me if this is the wrong place).

This website does not differentiate between two consecutive posts properly. At times I get confused and later notice that the next post has started.

After attaching an image while posting, if I decide to insert that image as an inline image, that image displays twice : (1) the inline image and (2) the attachment.

Well, there's the forum "Comments & Wishes", here it's the "General" forum.

Maybe it's the way your browser is displaying text and font sizes? Here is what I see with Safari, similar with Firefox:

There's a big "Re: title" heading between two consecutive posts.

Can you show a sample thread, where we can see this? With my browser, I see only the inline image. It's here in this thread with the forum posting screenshot, also fine for example in: Intersection between two curves 3D. Perhaps that post, where you noticed, has something specific different issue.

You did not mention your browser yet.

I see only one "Google" image.

Anybody else sees 1 or 2 images of the same kind here? Using which browser?

Everything looking normal using Mozilla Firefox 26.0.
The smart way: Calm down and take a deep breath, read posts and provided links attentively, try to understand and ask if necessary.

The fault is with my mouse  . It clicks twice when I hit it once  . That's why inline image got inserted twice and then I had to edit that post.
Wasted time of you guys unnecessarily  .
