I don't know anything about Windows 7 (I'm working on Mac OS X). However, I need to install PDF-LaTeX (TeX Live ?) on a Windows 7 machine at my work place.
What is the download link for a complete PDF-LaTeX installation on Windows 7 ?
And what free LaTeX editor for Windows 7 do you recommend ?

TeX Live comes with the free editor TeXworks.
The installation will be identical to an installation of TeX Live on Mac. Installing MacTeX would give you TeX Live and some extras on Mac.
