Hello. My name is James Cox and I have a specific request for assistance with LaTeX. I've written an application to assist math teachers in preparing written tests and worksheets. It is Matt's MathTools and it is available from Sourceforge. With the last release I added basic, minimal LaTeX markup generation capability to the package.

My request is this: I am a LaTeX newbie and I'm not sure what I should include in my package. As of now it is possible to generate (via script) a basic LaTeX document, table or list. Some of the package tools also have LaTeX formats built in.

So, if any LaTeX gurus would be willing to give me some advice it would be very much appreciated. This is not, btw, a 'How do I...' request, it's 'What do I need?' If you tell me the 'what' I will puzzle out the 'how.'

Whew! Just checked Sourceforge, links are working, files are present.

Whew! Just finished adding 'picture' environment class to the MMT LaTeX package. As of now it's pretty much where I want it to be so any future changes will be feedback-driven.
