Offline Package Installation

I have beamer package downloaded in zip format which contains the *.cls file and many *.sty files, doc, examples, themes, etc. How can I install them?

What keeps you from using the MiKTeX Package Manager (MPM)?

sir,i downloaded package from outside internet cafe(where net connection is available)& want to install that package in my Home PC (where net connection is not available)
