General ⇒ problems with second monitor: navigator bar disapeared

Hi!

At home I use my laptop with a second monitor. But since I unpluged it I can't get the navigator bar back on screen. Now I'm sitting in this library, trying to write something for my diplomathesis and TexnicCenter doesn't work.
Clicking the litte icon doesn't help. I think the navigator bar is still on the second screen. How can I get it back?

Reboot your system without the second monitor attached to it - that should definitely do it.
