I'm currently using this template and I was going nuts until I've now figured it was the template that broke with the latest updates.

I'm also having a lot of bad boxes errors now. Even with the template original untouched code.

There have always been bad box warnings. They will disappear when you change the content to represent your own research. And some warnings will reappear. That is just how it works.

A overfull box warning basically tells you, that a line of text is too long and sticking out a bit into the margin. That is a common warning every users gets every once in a while.

A table is a line of text for LaTeX as well. Use your judgement if an overflow of 2 pt is important to fix, or if an overflow of 1000pt is important to fix. Control the pdf file for better judgement.

Thank you kindly for the update. Everything seems to work just fine, however I am still getting two DCTDecode errors. If it helps for debugging, here are the messages:

I have never seen this before. It seems to be something your editor is giving you, it is not a LaYeX error.

Can you show a minimal working example that reproduces this message along with a screenshot?
