Subsection Number overlaps Heading

On top of a code box there is a link named OPEN IN WRITELATEX. If you click on it the code is opened in the https://www.writelatex.com/ editor and the result is shown if the code is compilable.

To put it in a nutshell, you can be sure that we all see the same output when clicking on "Open in Writelatex".
The smart way: Calm down and take a deep breath, read posts and provided links attentively, try to understand and ask if necessary.

For you who wrote the problem or future users.
I had the same problem, I solved this only replacing the file IEEEtran.cls from the package
http://www.ctan.org/pkg/ieeetran

I think the problem was the version of the class maybe an modified one for computer science journals like happened to me.
