Bummer - missed the book because I kept reloading the first page and did not think of clicking the tiny [2] and [3] pages...

Sorry to hear! There's some navigation around, buttons for jumping to the last post, page buttons, ... sure, the navigation is no so big because the content should dominate.

And there are automated mail notifications. The front page shows it. I posted it to several blogs, contacted other blog authors who posted it, wrote it to several other LaTeX forums, and more.

I cannot simply give a copy, because making a copy for somebody else is not legal. Don't know if there's an internal mark who bought or downloaded a book, so I cannot simply copy my ebook.

Perhaps you see some feedback here, if people like the book and can recommend it. Does anyone? The ebook is not so expensive, and bundles with other ebooks you may be interested in could make it cheaper. Just for the case, you might decide to get it anyway.
