General ⇒ Unable to produce dvi or ps output?

I don't know why...

It's been a long time since I set Texnic Center to LaTeX=>dvi or LaTeX =>PS output on my notebook.

so recently I decide to do so but to my surprise I no longer could produce them! I seem to be only able to produce pdfs now. All other output profiles produce nothing out.

I'm not so sure what is exactly wrong.
