General ⇒ Can't Find File

I am new to LaTeX and I am using MiKTeX with TeXnicCenter and I am going through the spoken tutorials from spoken-tutorial.org and I am trying to compile a very simple tex document and I am getting three errors, the first of which is telling me that it can't find file. See attached log. Any help will greatly be appreciated.

What is your "hello.tex" file?

Did you run the Configuration Wizard?
