General ⇒ Change Colors of Toolbars and Menus

Hi,

I would like to know how to change the color of the toolbars and menus, from the default light blue of TeXnicCenter 2.0 (TXC2).

Just to clarify, I am not referring to any background color of the editor window, since I have found that always this question is answered instructing to go to Tools > Options > Text Format and change the Text Background property.
