Document Templates/Styles

Post by gtassey »

I'm a retired 60 year old school teacher who use to teach PageMaker & InDesign -- However, I am new to LaTeX and apologize for my puerile question -- Where can I find additional document styles? Specifically, I'm looking for a book style with the approximate dimensions of 4.7" x 3.5". Or is it possible to manipulate one of the basic styles to these dimensions? Any suggestions and/or assistance would be appreciated.

Document Templates/Styles

Hi gtassey,

welcome to this forum!

Perhaps use the geometry package together with the book class. This package provides features to customize the page layout like paper size, margins etc. Have a look at its documentation.
Further the crop package may be useful if you use a standard paper size and have to cut the paper afterwards.
