General ⇒ PDF Output File cannot be found

Whenever I try to build my script and view it as a pdf I am getting the error from Adobe Acrobat saying

There was an error opening this document. This file cannot be found.

Part of what is confusing me is every so often it will work for a given time, and then I will notice that when I try to view the PDF it will be the same one, a new one is not being created.

I have looked in the folder where all of this is happening and only the log file is being created, nothing else. I am using MiKTeX with TeXnicCenter. Also, the DVI file is created, but I cannot use it because of the errors in the layout of it. All of my code is fine, there are no errors.

Anyone have any idea? I can post the log file here if necessary.
