WinEdt ⇒ Winedt 5.6

I've just downloaded and installed the new 5.6 version (I can't get tot he site with the 5.5 version) and when I try to compile a document ( and this included the samples given with the install) it's telling me that it can't find the texify.exe file or the latex.exe file.

Does anyone have any ideas? What did I do wrong in the install or where I can find the files to put them on my computer. The install was fairly standard, no errors or anything else like that but the files it's asking for are not on my machine at all.

Do you have a MikTeX installation? If not go herehttp://www.miktex.org/2.7/Setup.aspx to install the system. You can choose just the basic installation if you're not going to do anything fancy and Winedt will install any other packages on the fly which you do not have installed.
