Not sure where to ask this, i'm doing a Latex plugin for vBulletin/phpBB to be made available under the GPL and i'm wondering if i'm allowed to use TeXniCCenter's icons.
I'm familiar with the GPL policies but since this is art work rather than code i'd like to make sure i'm not crossing any boundaries.
Does anyone have any information regarding this?

Re: Using TeXnicCenter Icons
Feel free to use the TeXnicCenter icons where ever you want. I have created most of them and there are no copyrights or something else.

Re: Using TeXnicCenter Icons
Thanks Sven that's very nice of you - the forum plugin is available here:

I have also been working on a soon-to-be open-source web based LaTeX editor that makes use of the icons. Here is the development version (IE or FireFox only):
http://pi.latexlab.org:803/
Since you don't mind your icons being used in other projects i will post a zip of them on my site so that others can use them in web projects as well (i had to rip them by hand which wasn't very exciting
) rather than start from scratch.
