Wrong name on Fancy header

Post by j5comp »

Hi Everyone!

I am writing my dissertation and have at the end references followed by my vita. I made the vita a chapter by using the chapter* and it works great, but I'm using the fancy headers and the headers say references on the vita chapter. Is there anyway I can force the fancy headers to say vita or nothing at all? I'm not sure why it says references.

Thanks!

Hi j5comp,

you could use \markboth to override the headings inside your vita.
