Yesterday Version 1.0 of this open source PDF viewer has been released [1]. According to the version history it contains lots of small bug fixes and improvements.
Sumatra PDF works well in conjunction with TeXnicCenter (TXC) and supports SyncTeX to switch between source and output. Current alpha builds of TXC 2.0 make Sumatra PDF their default PDF viewer, thus generate appropriate build profiles in case Sumatra PDF is installed. Even if the Ad0be Reader (AR) is installed, Sumatra PDF will be preferred.
Today Sumatra PDF Version 1.1 has been released. Among several bug fixes and new features the display of PDF files has been improved. An outstanding feature is the auto-detection of commonly used editors in order to enable inverse search.

folder browsing
As always, the full change log can be found on the project page.
