latex-dvi-pdf
Take the profile I provided in another thread [1]. All information you need is given there. Note that you have to be very careful in adapting the paths to the required executables. Make sure that you have Ghostscript installed. Otherwise this profile won't work.

in the "latex-ps-pdf" i see only profile file for late-ps-pdf convertion, but not "latex-dvi-pdf" profile.

I can't see the problem. You start with latex and end with PDF. Perhaps you can explain to me what makes the difference for you and why you don't want to use the profile.

Another approach could be to copy the Profile "LaTeX => PS" and replace dvips by dvipdfm as post processor. Parameters (command line arguments) for dvipdfm are given in its User's Manual. So you get your profile "LaTeX => DVI => PDF".
