How to open a new thread

silly thing, but I cannot seem to figure out how to post a message. I can only see options to reply. Any suggestions/pointers how do I start a new post? Thanks.

Go to the subforum where you want to make a new post, and click the "New Topic" button.

I wonder why you are asking this question. You already have been able to open a new topic [1]. Should it be possible that you have forgotten how to repeat this procedure?!
