problem with DVI

Post by micmic »

Hi,
I am using TeXcnic Center.

I have the following problem.

I generate a DVI file. Then I click on the page I want to edit, to come back to the tex file (to go on writing). But insted of coming back to the tex file, a text file version of my tex file opens...

How can I solve this problem? Could someone help me, please?

Ciao,
mic

Make sure that TeXnicCenter (TXC) is defined as the editor for inverse search in the options of your DVI viewer.
