General ⇒ Cant install NATBIB, HELP!

I tried and tried and tried, but can't get natbib to install. I tried installing it by right clicking on this screen:



When that didn't work, I went and updated my Miktex files from a USA server, and the file date of natbib changed from 07 to 09. I then tried to install it once again, and I keep getting this error:



I'm really in need of some help here, as I can't figure out how to get this package to install properly.

Hello there,

This might sound like a dum question, but: did you select "natbib", and then click the "+" in the menu above. Otherwise, what is the error you get when you try to "install".
