Templates, Wizards & Tools ⇒ bibclean as custom tool

I want to use bibclean (CTAN/biblio/bibtex/utils/bibclean) as a tool in the ide, but i can't get it to work. here's the settings i'm using:
Command: "d:\miktex27\miktex\bin\bibclean.exe"
Arguments: <"d:\test.bib" >"d:\testclean.bib"
Initial directory:

it works fine from cmd.exe window using similar arguments.

has anyone got this to work?
Texniccenter 1 beta 7.50, miktex 2.7, win XP
