Graphics, Figures & Tables ⇒ centering graphics

Hi, I've tried many ways to get my graph centered but I still do not find the way to do it. I've trid viewport, bounding box, etc. Any help greatly appreciated.

You are using the wrong sequence and commands.

\begin{figure}[!ht]
  \centering
  \includegraphics{myfigure}
  \caption{My Figure}\label{fig:myfig}
\end{figure}
