Thanks, everyone. We are using hyperref, as well as a number of packages and .sty files. The \SetAll refers to paragraph classifications. This template was set up prior to my coming onboard with the project, so sorry if my information is very poor - this is what I have to work with, and why I turned to the experts! :)

Okay, we are using these packages:
booktk
amssmb, amsmath
deluxetable
graphicx
color
hyperref
titletoc
tocloft
fancyhdr
calc
epstopdf
glossaries
acronyms

as well as a host of newcommands and renewcommands and definitions. I thought there might be something in the coding of the table that was ignoring the normal LaTeX justification...

why don't you prepare a minimal example that we can test on our own systems.

without taht not list of packages etc. will help finding a solution, sorry
