Bibtex is working well aside from the fact that it doesn't put capitals in the title of a paper when I put capitals.
e.g.
@misc{
Greedy,
Author = {Paul E. Black},
Title = {"greedy algorithm", in Dictionary of Algorithms and Data Structures, National Institude of Standards and Technology},
howpublished = {\url{http://www.nist.gov/dads/HTML/greedyalgo.html}} }
National Institute... won't show up with capitals.
Any suggestions?

Re: Putting Capitals in title of ref paper
You are probably using a BibTeX style that forces lower-case. Wrap up explicit upper-case letters in braces:
{A} {T}itle with {P}rotected {C}apital {L}etters
--
Joseph Wright
