i've installed MiKTeX and WinEdt, but i don't know how to use them at all.

What is the first step?

LaTeX Resources for Beginners should give you some pointers. For more specific questions use this board. Make sure that you're familiar with posting guidelines and search board archives before posting in case your question has been already answered.
