I have been using LaTeX for about 40 years. I switched my cv over to moderncv maybe 10 or 12 years ago. It looked great, had it tweaked to near perfection. But now it won't even compile. I have been editing things to debug for a couple hours now, but nearly everything needs to be changed. Why? Just, why? It seems like once a /cventry or /cvlistitem, or plain old /item is longer than a line, it completely screws up. Doesn't throw an error, just won't create a pdf file. It would take me weeks to get this to compile again, and then it will look like shit.
What happened? Was there an update? My updated OS (from Ubuntu 20.04 to to 22.04)?
