Does anyone have any good recommendations for articles on using NeoVim for editing LaTeX? Any essential tips or tricks? What has been working well for you?

In my experience: use
https://github.com/lervag/vimtex
and ultisnips, and forget about the rest.

vimtex takes some time to get used to. But it is well worth while!
