Text Formatting ⇒ Converting word to latex via GrindEQ for a paper

Hi

I am new to Latex and I have to convert my word document (research paper) from word to latex via the GrindEQ plugin of MS word. My question is how can I convert/change it to a specific format e.g. IEEE double-column format? What changes I need to do in the file?
