Hi!

I've been a LaTeX user for quite some time, mostly on Overleaf. I recently built a tool where you can draw symbols and see the latex code. It's similar to detexify, but integrated into Overleaf. I'm curious if anyone has any suggestions for how I might get more exposure for it.

thank you for showing it here!

I tried it, and it was impressive that it was easy to install, basically worked, just the final copy to the document did not work yet. I tested on Chrome.

Maybe I'm bad at drawing but it did not recognize what I was painting.

Perhaps it still needs better data? What is the plan? I can help with exposure, such as on blogs and Twitter.

Thank you so much for giving it a try! I'm using the detexify training set, so I don't think that's it. It appears I messed something up in the server while trying to clean up the code . The predictions should be much better now! In terms of next steps:

1) For now, I'm shooting for exposure, so any tweeting/blogging would be greatly appreciated!

2) [Done!] In parallel, I'm working on matching dark/light mode with Overleaf, and some other not-so-core features.

3) Later down the line, I want to support symbols not present in the training set, or even whole equations.

[Done!] as for the copy function, it copies to clipboard; working towards a copy to editor!
