Latex High-quality Template not working

I am new to LaTeX and writing master's thesis. I got a template from my university and have an error related to language.

The error is that "you havent defined the language ngerman yet." I have tried to find the source of error on internet and found that I must delete .aux file. I deleted all the temp file and ran again but still I see that error. Any idea why do I get the error?

Ask the template maintainer. If the template has an error he/she should fix it.

We cannot help for templates we do not have.
Sorry, but I can no longer participate here as the administrator is trampling on my wishes on one of his other platforms. :cry:

Ensure that you have the language support installed. For example with Debian or Ubuntu Linux, ensure that the texlive-lang-german package is installed. With MiKTeX, it could be the german package.
