I want to send a paper to Natural Sciences Publishing. They give a template latex file to follow. But, when I try to generate their file, it give me several errors, like:

and:

?

and of course, the error concerning the logo at the top of the first page of the article

LaTeX Error: File `logo7pt' not found.

althogh, the logo7pt file exists in the given folder!

Your editor seems to be absolutely pointless. It doesn't show you the real error message.
Open the log file yo see which vommands are undefined.

Also, why not asking the journal editors directly if their template is broken?
