No mail notifications?
I would like to receive an email notification when a thread i posted (starting it or not) receives a new reply. Is not this possible?

There are email notifications and it works for me, I get update notifications for threads where I wrote.
When you write a post, look below for a checkbox "Notify me when a reply is posted" and activate it.

ooo, i see! indeed there is that option - and i could change it by editing my post. that should be the default, in my opinion: receive mail notifications. You can turn it on in General. In the user control panel (click your name top right) youn can go to board settings and set notification preferences.
