General ⇒ Lower help windows lost

Dear community,

my lower help windows do not show anymore and cannot be reactivated trough Strg (Ctrl) + 1 as suggested in the menu. I can activate and deactivate the other help windows not placed below the editor (such as those on the left or right, e.g. environments, files, etc.), but not the lower ones, arguably the most important ones (building, errors, analysis, boxes, literature etc.). I am using TeXnicCenter Version 2.02 stable. Your swift help would be very much appreciated as a I need to hand in my thesis written in this editor soon.
