how can i add footer in latex on right side of the page except the first page ? what will be the code ?

This depends on several conditions, e.g., the used class, whether the document is double sided or one sided, the packages already used for page style configuration etc. So without showing us a minimal working example I can only suggest to read the manual of the used class and packages and if needed us a package for the configuration of page header and footer like scrlayer-scrpage or fancyhdr.
